PUBLIC TOURS
At Mulroy Meadow Farm, we offer fully guided, educational, and fun farm tours for the public during the summer months.
These tours are a great family day out for all ages, providing an opportunity to explore the farm's diverse enterprises, meet the animals, and discover the ecosystems of the farm and the intertidal shore areas. Visitors will have the chance to see our animals up close. Along the way, you’ll learn about regenerative farming practices and how they restore soil health, promote biodiversity, and create a sustainable food system.
Tours are timed around low tide, ensuring that each visit is unique based on the tide schedule, group pace, and questions raised. Group discounts are available, making it an affordable experience for families and larger groups.
We guarantee everyone will leave with a deeper understanding of how nature and farming can coexist.

SCHOOL TOURS
Mulroy Meadow Farm also offers tailored tours for schools, providing a hands-on learning experience that aligns with your curriculum. Our tours can be customized to suit different age groups, from exploring the farm’s biodiversity to diving into the concept of custodianship and sustainable farming practices.
We offer various educational resources, including handouts and activities, and can even support specific modules such as Leaving Cert experiments, Transition Year wilderness survival, rocky shore ecology, and Ag Science field studies.
Our goal is to help students understand the importance of regenerative farming and how it benefits both the land and the community. School tours are an interactive way to engage with nature and learn about farming as a tool for environmental stewardship.
